The P&C have had a very productive year. We have been involved in the school's decision making processes through:

• Monthly Principal Reports
• School Review preparation and finalisation of report feedback
• Lyn Sharratts Leading Learning Collaborative updates with Steve Dowlan through Colleen Hope Principal
• Senior School Termly Partnership Breakfasts
• NDIS Review

We have committed to grant writing with Maurie Rowe, Vice President and Colleen Hope Principal meeting fortnightly to investigate and write grants. Additional assistance has been welcomed by Tash Markwick, Deputy Principal and acquittals with Sam Jones, Business Manager. The funds raised by the P&C in 2019 were $68,000 plus the recent $10,200 for the sale of the retiring vehicles assets makes a total of $78,200.

Our most recent grants approved in this total are for the $20K Stronger Communities for the contribution towards replacing the timber playground with a Sensory Integration Centre made up of free standing individual sensory pieces and rubber softfall,  $15K Local School Community for LED TV Replacement program in classrooms and $2200 Telstra Kids for Art and Photography items for Stemosphere and to prepare for 2020 event. These grants will enrich our students lives.

It has recently come to our attention that some families have been experiencing difficulties installing and accessing the schoolzine app. The good news is that Schoolzine have identified an issue and corrected it so you should now be able to successfully install and use the app if you were affected. Attached is an information sheet on how to install the app and a link to the Schoolzine app site should you require any further information.

Families we have sent home a hardcopy order form for our Concert Spectacular Vimeo link on Wednesday 11 December.  By purchasing the link provided to you it will come with a identifier code for you to access online. Our filming production company are finalising the end product to include the school images as well as the event itself and will not be distributed until the New Year 2020.  We want to maximise your opportunity for ordering time and as Concert was so late in the year we are carrying this ordering process in to the New Year. The Order form below is for you to consider sharing with family and friends and returning your order in the New Year. Our closing date for orders is Friday 7 February with $30 cost per Vimeo link included with your order.
